Materion Barr Precision Optics & Thin Film Coatings provides custom, engineered, thin film solutions to our customers. With a variety of technologies at our disposal, we have the capability to provide custom thin film solutions in both small quantities to high production volumes. Our highly controlled process chambers are capable of producing highly repeatable results, run after run. We develop processes that are economical and highly scalable. This year, Materion will produce over 200,000 discrete, metalized filters to the Thermal Imaging market and provide over one million filters to diverse industries. We will also manufacture over one million flexible thin film sensors to the Medical industry utilizing our state of the art work facilities.
