Materion has an extensive photolithography capability for patterning thin films.

Patterned thin film coatings may be applied to a variety of substrate materials such as polymers, composites, metals, and glass. Patterning can be applied to planar, non-planar, compound surfaces on small to large area substrates. Once patterned, Materion has the capability to deposit both optical and non-optical thin films.
