Metal matrix composites are a material in which a continuous metallic phase (the matrix) is combined with another phase (the reinforcement) to strengthen the metal while increasing high-temperature stability.
AlBeMet®
Brush Beryllium & Composites’ AlBeMet® is an aluminum-beryllium composite that combines the toughness, ductility and machinability of aluminum with all the unique properties of beryllium.
E-Materials
E-Materials are high-performance, metal matrix composites that have tailorable thermal, physical and mechanical properties. E-Materials are ideally suited for electronic packaging applications.
