Parts are pressed to shape, fired, and additional processing such as high tolerance machining and drilling is performed to meet particular requirements. Parts can be manufactured with Brush Ceramic Product's Thermalox 99.5% material or BW1000 "high strength" material.

- Blocks/billets
- Available in standard or customized lengths, widths and thickness; generally used as input material.
- Crucibles
- Available in customized configurations.
- Tubes
- Available in standard or customized outer and inner diameters and thickness.
- Laser bores
