Materion Technical Materials welds continuous coils of dissimilar alloys for complex component stamping.  This technology allows dissimilar alloys, tempers, and even different thickness strips to be continuously welded side by side.  Thickness capabilities can handle up to 3 mm.  The excellent metallurgical qualities of Materion Technical Materials' EB Weld seams allow for the subsequent rolling of welded products down to a thickness of .075 mm.
