Thin film application of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) materials on polyimide is a vapor barrier film appropriate for flexible circuits and sensors. The polyimide material may be wet or dry film. Processing of wet based polyimide is ideal for wafer processing and can be delivered on a sacrificial carrier.  At Materion Large Area Coatings we offer flexible circuits and sensors in a variety of forms.
