We produce our specialty magnetic and non-magnetic alloys for GMR/TMR/CPP-GMR heads, LMR/PMR media and MRAM technology in a wide array of shapes and sizes to meet the requirements of virtually all deposition equipment. Targets are produced via vacuum induction melting or with our advanced Hybrid™ processing techniques for powder consolidation.
Materials are highly characterized in our analytical lab, with special attention paid to grain size, homogeneity, gaseous and metallic impurities, pass through flux and bulk compositional tolerances.
Sputtering Targets and Thin Film Materials
