Thin Film Requirements & Physical Vapor Deposition
To meet the thin film requirements of microelectronic industry; we produce a vast array of pure materials, alloys, ceramics and cermets. Our fine grain alloys of aluminum, nickel, and tungsten/titanium exceed industry requirements for sub-micron circuitry design.
