Forms And Types of Copper Beryllium Alloys

Materion Brush Performance Alloys manufactures copper beryllium rod, bar, wire, tube, plate, strip, forgings, and extrusions in several distinct compositions. These fall into two categories:

  • High strength alloys (Alloys 25, 190, 290, M25 and 165)
  • High conductivity alloys (Alloys 3, 10, 310, 174, Brush 60 and BrushForm 65)

Note: Alloys 390 and 390E are high conductivity alloys with strength approaching that of the high strength alloys.
