Beryllium Oxide Powder
Materion Brush Beryllium & Composites manufactures two grades of Beryllium Oxide powder. The powder is typically supplied in -20 mesh, dry condition. Beryllium oxide powder can be pressed, sintered or extruded into shapes producing a ceramic with superior thermal properties. Consolidated BeO is frequently used in high-performance semiconductor applications, microwave devices, vacuum tubes, gas lasers and magnetrons.
