At Materion Large Area Coatings, Quality is one of our top priorities. Through the utilization of advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, Materion Large Area Coatings is able to provide its customers with detailed quality information regarding their material. Each product that leaves our facility includes a report to show the specified requirements from the customer, and sputtering test results for the beginning of the roll and the end of the roll to show that the product meets the customer specifications consistently from beginning to end. Our SPC software provides invaluable data to ensure all equipment is operating under normal process variances.
