Materion Brush Performance Alloys has the capability to cast, conduct hot and cold metalworking including extrusion, rolling, drawing and straightening. Rolling operations are capable of rolling strip and plate down to thin gauge. Materion Brush Performance Alloys has a fully accredited metallurgical testing, chemical, and inspecting lab.
Our production facilities utilizes the a combination of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to precisely engineer materials to customers’ requirements.
Proven Quality record
All three Materion Brush Performance Alloys manufacturing facilities (Elmore, OH, Lorain, OH and Reading, PA) are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100. The mechanical testing laboratories in Elmore and Lorain as well as the chemical analysis laboratory in Elmore are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 A2LA. The Elmore facility is NADCAP accredited in heat treating and materials testing. The Lorain facility is also NADCAP accredited in materials testing.
