eStainless - A Thermal Management Breakthrough

The conductive aluminum within the core of eStainless acts as a superior heat spreader.  The video below compares heat spreading from a hot spot for Stainless 304, Stainless with a 25µm 1600 w/m·k heat spreader, and eStainless -- all with the same 0.55 mm total thickness.

Not only is the hot spot temperature lower for eStainless than the Stainless and Graphite samples, but the temperature is also much more uniform over the surface.  This even temperature distribution enhances energy transfer away from the surface, allowing eStainless to dissipate more heat.
