We manufacture ultra-clean braze alloys with contamination-free base metals to produce strong joints with high integrity. Materion' s solder alloys and gold brazing alloys are available in a variety of custom shapes and forms, including ribbon, wire and preforms.

SILVER ELECTRICAL CONTACT ALLOYS

With deep experience in precious metals, we create silver alloys that perform reliably in high-tech electronics. These silver alloys provide excellent corrosion resistance using the cleanest materials for transistors, capacitors, diodes, insulators, semiconductor chips, conductors and other sensitive equipment.

RANGE OF MELTING POINTS FOR TRUE PERFORMANCE

Materion produces braze materials for microelectronic packaging and high-temperature joining of vacuum electronic devices. Our variety of alloys and range of melting temperatures provide superior thermal and electrical conductivity.

LOW CONTAMINATION AND MAXIMUM STRENGTH

We rigorously limit trace impurities in braze materials to produce high-purity braze alloys and solder alloys in a wide selection of precious and non-precious metals (including gold and silver). Our tooling library contains more than 10,000 stamped preforms. Our inventory includes:
