Materion’s Durox AL high purity aluminum oxide (alumina) ceramics have a chemical purity of 99.8% with extremely uniform physical properties, superior wear resistance and excellent mechanical strength.

For larger shapes and sizes Durox AL ceramics can be isopressed using Cold Isostatic Pressing:

We use precision machining and drilling  to produce complex shapes or those configurations with  very tight dimensional tolerances.
