Materion Ceramics specializes in manufacturing engineered ultra high purity Aluminum Oxide (alumina) ceramics, with additional metallization and plating options that are sold globally for a variety of demanding applications.

Materion’s Durox UHP ultra high purity aluminum oxide (alumina) ceramics have a chemical purity of 99.9% with extremely uniform physical properties, excellent etch resistance and superior thermal conductivity.

For large configurations, Durox UHP alumina ceramics can be iso-pressed using Cold Isostatic Pressing, and are offered in the following forms:

COMPLEX & CUSTOMIZED MATERIAL SHAPES
