Material Selection, Property Information and Design Review

  • We will help you select materials that provide the best solution for your application, performance goals, processing criteria and cost considerations. We will review your designs to verify the suitability of an alloy for the design and material for the application and help identify potential problems before a single part or prototype is made.

EquaCast Technology

  • Products cast with our EquaCast® technology show mechanical and physical properties similar to their wrought equivalents, without additional hot and cold working. If further refined by hot or cold working, alloys will have enhanced properties.

Powder metallurgy

Powder metallurgy

  • Our proprietary powder metallurgy manufacturing technology allows for the customization of our powder metal products and delivers materials with higher strength microstructures and ductility. These high-quality materials include metals, technical ceramics and metal matrix composites (MMCs). Ultimately these powder metals will be machined and transformed into finished parts used in a multitude of applications.
