Increase yields and minimize downtime with evaporation starter sources that fit into the hearts of electron beam systems. We offer custom-designed starter sources for a more stable process that results in uniform evaporation by eliminating inconsistent topography found in slugs. This provides a more uniform surface for the beam to sweep, creating a more consistent use of power requiring less adjustment to reach optimal coating rates.
