BERYLLIUM OXIDE CERAMICS FOR THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY

BeO technical ceramics offer thermal conductivity second only to diamonds among insulating materials and exceptional thermal management properties. BeO engineered ceramics offer proven solutions for a variety of design and application needs, including devices: 

  • With a compact size or shrinking enclosure
  • Exposed to high ambient temperatures
  • Where airflow or liquid cooling is not practical or prohibitively expensive
  • With heat sinks in electronic circuits

BeO is also considered an ideal crucible material for melting and sintering operations. This advanced ceramics is non-reactive and we can transform it into custom crucibles that will provide superior performance at very high temperatures.
