Webinar Rebroadcast: Maximize Results with Copper Alloy Molds | MoldMaking Technology
-
After diamond and silver, copper is the most thermally conductive of the elements. In its pure form, copper is not strong enough to be used as a mold material. However, by alloying copper, it can be made as strong as steel while retaining much of its thermal conductivity. This webinar will focus on the various copper alloys used in the plastic molding industry and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each alloy. Register to watch the recording of the webinar.
